Peony
This Peony painting is one of my favorite pieces I've painted to date! I love the colors and I love the contrast of the shadows and light. Painting this one was so peaceful to me, I love florals and I really adored the time I spent creating this piece. This Peony painting is an 18x18x1 3/4" acrylic on a cradled wood panel. I have varnished it to add an extra protective layer to the surface and painted the sides black. I installed a wire hanger to the back so it's ready to hang!
